While visits from a repair crew may be frequent with other types of window treatments, the Polywood shutter is so well-built that we rarely send out a repair crew. That's why we created Polywood. So you'll never have to worry about your shutters. Should you, however, have any issues with your Polywood shutters, this lifetime warranty is here for you.

Sunburst Shutters warrants Polywood shutters to be free from defects in materials, workmanship, paint finish, and installation for the life of the product. This warranty is valid to the original customer only.

If this product proves to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, Sunburst Shutters will, at its sole option, replace or repair any defective product.

Ovation Wood Shutter Warranty

Ovation shutters come with a warranty against any defects in manufactured material. Our comprehensive warranty is backed by our 40+ years of experience in the window treatment industry. We build these wood shutters with top-grade teak that is made to look beautiful in your home and last a lifetime. In case you have any issues with your Ovation wood shutters, this warranty is here for you.

Sunburst Shutters guarantees the Ovation shutter to be free from defects in materials, workmanship, and installation for the life of the product. This warranty is valid to the original customer only. Ovation Shutters come with a 3-year warranty on the colorfastness of paints and stains. Natural variations in color, grain, and texture are normal with the Ovation Shutters. Sunburst Shutters is not able to guarantee exact matches on subsequent orders. Returns cannot be authorized due to these normal variations.

If this product proves to be defective in materials or workmanship within the span of the warranty period, Sunburst Shutters will, at its sole option, repair or replace any defective product.
